This episode was recorded on October 16, 2019, before the pandemic while Tracy and Laurie were visiting me here in San Diego. This is the 2nd of two recordings we did while they were here. Laurie has a background in biofeedback and using TENS units. TENS stands for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.
Tracy loves the expression “Same Same but Different” and describes himself “today” as someone who’s been on his “soul tour” for the last 15 years.
